Sunny November

In Rambles on November 9, 2006 by alanswan

Hi all, its a fairly amazing sunny day in Carlow today, not the rain fest that greeted us yesterday. Show notes wise we discussed the most annoying voice in the world, baby massage, how bouncers and security guards who confiscate passports will be given a major fine and even a five year prison sentence under the new Passport bill and how taking the dog for a walk is good for the soul. Jim Gibbons dropped in for his usual Thursday chat about all things gardening and the teaser answer was FIVE.

Musicwise we played the following: A-Ha with Take On Me, Kylie Minogue-On A Night Like This, Paula Cole-Where Have All The Cowboys Gone, ABBA-Does Your Mother Know, Divine Comedy-National Express, Curtis Stigers-I Wonder Why, Paul Simon-Outrageous, Don Mescall-Trouble Is, Eternal-I Wanna Be The Only One, John Mayer-Waiting For The World To Change, Stevie Wonder-Part Time Lover, CLASSIC NO1 @ QUARTER TO ONE was Wing-Mull of Kintyre from 1977. Christy Moore- 16 Fisherman Raving.

Thats it for today, I’m so looking forward to this weekend!! We are back on air tomorrow from 11am GMT Talk then, AS
